• 1986 - Establishment of "Associates in Women's Medical Health Care, PC"
• 1995 - Albany Women's Health Center, Inc. Article 28 approved
• 1995 - Expanded to the "CareNet Medical Group Capital District's first private multi-specialty group physician practice
• 1997 - Partnered with MaterniCare, Inc., PPMC
• 1998 - Severed relationship with MaterniCare, Inc.
• 2001 - Introduced new service "Women for WomenCare"
• 2002 - 1ST Practice to offer 4-D Ultrasound in the Capital District
